What is Advent?
Advent is the four week season leading up to Christmas. In Advent, we prepare for the birth of Jesus at Christmas and his promised return.
In advent, we focus on themes of hope, peace, joy, and love.
At Bethany, we anticipate the birth of Jesus by giving gifts and giving our time in service while celebrating God's work in our lives.
Weekly Themes
We worship each Sunday at 10:00am. This advent, we'll look for the ways the light of God's hope, peace, joy, and love emerging on the horizon, especially in the places we are waiting.
Each week, a prayer and reflection activity is available for individuals and families. Access them below.
Serving Together
Each Advent at Bethany, we focus on serving and giving gifts. We hope God will use us to provide his hope and light to others as we celebrate the gift of Jesus, God with us! Service opportunities available at the link below.
